Description
Designed with a multi-point connection frame, robust structure, and easy assembly, reducing installation time & safe, facilitating transportation.
The cabinet frame with a continuous channel design, increases load capacity up to 1000 kgs, preventing twisting.
The device mounting rails in a “U” shape have four reinforced edges, square holes 9mm (M6) on both sides, compatible with all standard 19” equipment.
The mounts are specially designed for easy depth adjustment. The U numbers are clearly printed, making it easy to install equipment.
The front door is a mesh flat single leaf equipped with a locking handle, the rear door is a flat mesh split into two panels saving space behind the cabinet.
The front and rear mesh doors have hexagonal holes, providing 75% ventilation on the door surface, supporting the flow of hot/cold air for optimal equipment operation & ensuring security for the system.
Front and rear mesh doors can be switched to give users more flexibility in cabinet installation.
The side doors are designed lightweight so one person can easily disassemble & operate with the equipment safely, equipped with a protective lock.
Special wheels with a low design, wide surface, high load capacity; move safely and stably.
The cabinet is integrated with a base system for fastening and leveling.
Load capacity: On the base: 1000 kg.
Material:
- Made from steel that meets JIS G3141, RoHS, Eco-, ELV standards,... Cabinet frame, device mounting bars 2 mm; front and rear doors 1.2 mm, side doors 1.2 mm and pedestal supports 2 mm.
- The entire cabinet is electrostatically painted with a special paint type and a 7-step treatment system before painting to ensure steel quality for up to 5 years and safety for IT equipment indoors and outdoors.Paint color: black.
